Sarah bought this
dress for 75 cents at a thrift shop over a year ago and didn’t realize it was
too short until getting it home. She kept it until inspiration hit. And boy,
did it hit! She cut it off and created a tank. She didn’t stop there…Using the
leftover material, she made rosettes. Thinking on her toes, she didn’t attach
the rosettes to the shirt. Instead, attaching pins to the rosettes so that they
may be removed from the shirt for washing.
