I am a person that MUST eat something for breakfast and I really like a good bowl of cereal in the morning. I am looking for ways to incorporate more fiber into my diet and I am watching what I eat because I have put a few pounds on. This was just the ticket. This added additional fiber and at only 80 calories it is a great cereal for me. I also have a snack between breakfast and lunch and I took a small baggy of this to work to snack on. It was tasty even without milk and curbed my appetite until lunch, keeping me away from the high calorie vending machine snacks!

It was just recently that I decided I needed to get off my rear and exercise, not only because of those added pounds, but I need to watch my health and stick around. Included with my sample box of cereal was a really nice pedometer! The pedometer keeps track of your walking distance, step count and calories burned . This pedometer is better than most I’ve seen. It keeps a 7 day track of your walking and you can connect to your computer to track your accomplishments. In addition, they included a neoprene phone holder. This keeps your phone safe, dry and handy, Personally, I think this is especially great because we need to stay safe when walking. I like having my phone handy for safety.
