One Smart Cookie...

The kids requested I make cookies this weekend. Since I love to bake, this was not an issue. However, I wanted to make something out of the ordinary. Not the standard, run of the mill chocolate chip cookies. I’d remembered this recipe for Nutella Cookies and the rest is history. For some reason, people cannot get past the name or what idea they have of Nutella. If they just taste it…it is a heavenly taste! If you are willing to give Nutella a try, try these cookies. You will love them!

Nutella Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup Nutella
½ cups Sugar
1 cup All-purpose Flour
1 whole Egg

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Blend all ingedients together well. Form into 1 balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Press down firmly with the bottom of a glass. Bake 7-8 minutes or until set. Cool.

How's that for easy?
