Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken



Ingredients:
3-4 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup chopped onion
3 Tbsp minced garlic
16 oz organic chicken stock
Frank's Red Hot Sauce


Directions:
Add chicken breasts, onion, garlic, and chicken stock to the crock pot. Pour just enough Frank's Red Hot Sauce over the chicken to cover. Cook in the crock pot on low heat for at least 7 hours. Remove chicken from crock pot. Remove sauce from the crock pot, reserving 1/2 cup and discard the rest. 
Return chicken and reserved sauce to crock pot and cook on high heat for an additional 30 minutes.

We serve ours on salads, sandwiches and lettuce wraps.
