Closed:Eco-Friendly Easy LunchBoxes Review & Giveaway

I am dieting and I have been looking for a system to package my lunches and snacks for the day. What seems to be working for me is pre-making a portion controlled day worth of lunch and snacks. I am also tired of wasting sandwich bags. They are so not eco-friendly. And my bread doesn't seem to fit. If I use containers, I end up needing two lunch boxes. Add in an ice pack and everything is smashed.
A short time ago I'd seen the Easy Lunchbox system and contacted Kelly Lester and asked if I could do a review. Kelly and I conversed back and forth through e-mail. She is wonderfully friendly and said she would be sending out a system for my very own.
I received mine and it was like Christmas. I have died and gone to heaven! There is a quality insulated lunch box with 4 containers. I expected Glad type containers. No way. These are heavy duty, nice containers! And it is an eco-friendly lunch box!

Then my husband saw it. Tried to steal it. Seems he likes it,too. He wants to eat more leftovers and waste less food. My daughter loves it, too. She likes to make her son a lunch for the day and it's ready when he is hungry. We know the little one's are impatient when they are ready for their food. I will be buying another package of containers and several lunches boxes for everyone.

Per the website:
Kelly Lester is the mom behind the lunchbox.  Easy Lunchboxes was born out of Kelly’s innate ability to do things efficiently while on a shoestring budget, and her desire to send her daughters to school with simple, healthy food, with little to no extra packaging or ingredients. Her past struggle with weight control inspires her to teach and model healthy eating habits for her children, and has fueled her dedication to always send them off to school with a great lunch.

Easylunchboxes are custom designed so you can quickly pack a meal of healthy, economical, and varied food choices. Almost any menu can fit into the compartments. The large compartment is perfect for a sandwich or main entree. Use the two smaller sections for complimentary side dishes. One snap on lid holds everything securely. No more time wasted looking for the right size plastic container & lid or baggie for every item you pack! And portion control is easy with our our safe food containers: just the right amount of food, without having to weigh or measure everything. I put the containers on my counter at night, fill up all the compartments assembly line style with the next day’s lunch, snap on the lids, and stack the nesting boxes neatly in the fridge, ready for the morning race out the door. These are truly the best food containers for conquering morning chaos!” – Kelly Lester,EasyLunchBoxes

Want To Buy Your Own Easy Lunchbox System? They are available for purchase at Easy LunchBoxes. Four-packs of containers cost $13.95, and the cooler bags are $7.95 each. While you are on their website, make sure to check out their neat ideas section - they provide some great lunch ideas, recipes, hints, & tips
