Carrot Apple Zucchini Pumpkin Bread


½ cup shredded carrot
½ cup shredded zucchini
½ cup diced apple
2 eggs
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
½ cup warm water

Method of Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 8x4 inch loaf pan. In a mixing bowl, mix together the carrot, zucchini, apple, eggs, butter, and water. Add in the Pumpkin Quick Bread and mix until just incorporated. Do not over mix. Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
