Old El Paso- Make Tonight A “family taco night” Review & Giveaway!

Our family is like so many others these days, running to work, running to activities, and fitting in all the other things we need to fit in. As if preparing for Christmas isn’t enough, we're also busy with working and painting our house. Simply because it is important to us to connect, we have dinner together as a family… no matter how busy we are.

 

One of our favorites is Mexican and we have a weekly taco night. It is Mexican night and not necessarily tacos. Our taco night is always with Old El Paso. This time, I got to celebrate taco night with the Old El Paso taco night kit that MyBlogSpark and Old El Paso sent me to review.

This time, we tried the Chicken Ranch Tacos by Betty Crocker, a recipe sent to me by MyBlogSpark. I used the Old El Paso taco seasoning sent to me to cook the chicken in, as well as using the cute dishes they sent and filled them with our tomatoes, sour cream, diced onion, guacamole, salsa, cheese, lettuce and meat. Everyone loved the dishes. It made it festive and gave a party vibe. One thing I love about taco night is how quick a meal is to put together. After a day at work, we want a good meal to sit down together to, but without all that time in the kitchen.
