6 Weeks of Meals








As you know, I have issues with meal making, as reported HERE and HERE and I am always looking for new ideas to help. That's where Amanda's idea intrigues me. Amanda tells us that she normally tries to figure out what they’re going to have for dinner each night about once a week. She will write down 5 or 6 meal ideas and grocery shop for the week accordingly. But as schedules picked up, she found she was neglecting the weekly menu, and subsequently scrambling at night trying to come up with what to make for dinner. This resulted in her running to the grocery store every night, and wouldn’t you know it, right at dinnertime when they were already getting pretty hungry. Then of course they’d end up eating really late. Or they’d just settle for something something scrounged.

She knew she had to get back on track, so she went in the total opposite direction from where she was headed
