Cathe, from over at Just Something I Made, came up with the
cleverest idea after returning from a beachy weekend getaway. She’d been
hanging onto some vintage wooden drapery rings (aka: curtain rings) and thought
of a cute and easy project to share. She says the vintage wooden drapery rings
are easy to find on Etsy, eBay, antique shops and thrift stores, and the
chunkier the better. She further tells us the new rings will work fine as well,
however they tend to be a big skinnier. Aren’t her lifesavers adorable? She
will be using them outside for beach towels, in the kids’ bathroom, and said
they’d be cute as ornaments, gift embellishments, picture frame embellishments,
beach house key rings and more. We agree! Stop by for her really easy tutorial.
