Extreme Measures: Split Pea Hurricanes

Most of us have see the tutorials, or even made the Dollar Tree hurricane’s ourselves (if not, Chelsea has included the tutorial). What I love about Chelsea’s idea is the inexpensive way she decorated with her hurricanes. She used split peas. While inexpensive, they do not lack on style. They create a nice springy look for your décor and also make a great tie in for St. Patrick’s Day.
