onions are such a fabulous little veggie. They can give any dish both some
crunch and some bite. One of my favorite ways to use these little cuties is to
toss them in a chicken marinade for grilling. It adds that extra little bit of
oomph, without giving the chicken an overpowering onion-y flavor. They are also
great on home fries, or on a baked potato with some sour cream.”
