Simple But Elegant Pastry

To make, you will need 4 pie crusts. Place one pie crust on a piece of parchment paper on a round pan, spread melted butter over the crust, sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar, repeat with the crusts but no cinnamon on top of the last crust. Slice with a pizza cutter as shown in the photo and twist the pieces as shown. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.  Place on a serving plate or cake plate so that guests may see this stunner.
