Recipe

I am not sure what the temps are like where you are, but here it is HOT. When it is hot, we like to eat salads. I thought this one was great so, I thought I would pass it along and share.

Berry Delicious Summer Salad

Yield: Makes 6 to 8 servings

Ingredients

• 8  cups  mixed salad greens
• 2  cups  fresh blueberries
• 1/2  cup  crumbled Gorgonzola or blue cheese
• 1/4  cup  chopped and toasted walnuts or pecans
• Bottled vinaigrette

Preparation

Toss together first 4 ingredients; drizzle with desired amount of vinaigrette, tossing gently to coat.
