I have been concerned with my weight for awhile now and was looking for help when this book came along. I was immediately into it and read it cover to cover in just a couple of days and have already started to use her wisdom in my daily life. I have tried many different diets, weight loss programs and products. Until lately,I have been able to lose weight but it always either comes back because I do not maintain the "fad" ways. This one is easy to incorporate and use it's principles daily.
It is a realistic approach for everyone. There isn't any numbers, calories, etc to remember and keep track of. She has included helpful shopping lists and even a month's worth of recipes that are customizable for your preferences.

Since reading Cinch!, I am confident that I can incorporate this and maintain it as a way of life.
