Zuvo™ Water Purator

www.myorganizedchaos.net,

The Zuvo five-step precess
The Zuvo Water Purator™ uses a patented five-step process to produce clean, healthy, great tasting water...just the way nature intended!

Above Counter

STEP 1: OZONATION

In nature, ozone is generated by lightning and cleans the air where rainwater forms. The Zuvo Water Purator mixes ozone with incoming tap water to treat taste and odor contaminants and improve taste. Like chlorine, ozone is a powerful oxidizer. Unlike chlorine, ozone leaves no chemical residue.
Above Counter

STEP 2: ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT

The ozone saturated water is flooded with high-intensity UV light - the same as the solar energy that cleans water in the upper atmosphere.
Above Counter

STEP 3: PHOTO-OXIDATION

The Zuvo Water Purator combines UV and ozone in a patented process known as photo-oxidation which releases powerful oxidizers to further treat the water.

STEP 4: FILTRATION WITH LEAD REMOVAL

Pure spring water is created by passing through fine particles in the earth. Zuvo uses the same principle by passing water through a Class 1 Particulate Reduction Filter, reducing chlorine taste and odor, lead, and tiny particulates.

STEP 5: POST-FILTRATION UV

The filtered water is again exposed to high-intensity UV light as it leaves the Zuvo Water Purator, ensuring that you get clean, healthy, great tasting water...just the way nature intended!

Zuvo ™. Healthy, Clean Water

Better for your Health
When it comes to your body, you should be drinking the healthiest water you can. The better the water, the healthier and fitter your body will be. Tap water may contain lead, parasitic cysts, non-pathogenic micro-organisms and unpleasant levels of chlorine - some of which can pose significant health risks to you and your family, while others make your water taste and smell bad. The truth is bottled water is typically no safer or healthier than tap water and chemicals can even leach from plastic bottles into water.
With pitcher filters, your water is only as
clean as the filter you use. Zuvo's patented Puration process uses nature's own cleansing process right in your kitchen. It treats non-pathogenic organisms, taste and odor contaminants, reduces aesthetic chlorine, lead, and tiny particulates. The result? Healthy, clean, great-tasting water right from your tap.

Better for your Wallet
Healthy, clean, great-tasting water shouldn't cost a fortune. Over a two-year period, Zuvo water is a fraction of the cost of bottled water or pitcher-treated water. Why overpay for healthy water if you don't need to? The chart below shows just how inexpensive Zuvo water is compared to other systems. For a detailed explanation of how Zuvo saves you money, click here.

Better for the Planet
Mother Earth hates plastic water bottles. It takes 47 million gallons of oil each year to produce all those plastic water bottles. The result? Over 1.5 million tons of plastic waste. And plastic pitcher filters are almost as bad, with the average family disposing of 25 or more water filters each year. The Zuvo Water Purator uses only two filters each year-and we even help you recycle them.

Zuvo Water Purator review

Most people do not want to drink straight tap water. Whether it be the taste or the fear of what contaminants are in your tap. Depending on your family choice, you probably have a water filtration pitcher, a water cooler, or use bottled water. The expense can be astronomical over time.  Also a consideration with all of these is the space they take up with units, filters, bottles, etc. Additionally, we are killing our environment with the trash.
We have the water cooler and our issue is both the expense and the room it takes up. The cooler takes up a large space and then you have the large bottles to save you time from making to many trips to pick up. I also need to start worrying about Little Man toppling the unit over.

When Zuvo offered the opportunity to review the Zuvo Water Filtration System with UV germ killing technology, I was excited and immediately thought of the money it would save as well as that room I would be taking back. After reading the information provided by Zuvo, I thought it would be a perfect solution for our household.

The Purator uses a unique 3 prong approach to thoroughly purify your water.  Not only is the water filtered, it is also ozonated and treated with UV light to kill germs. The Zuvo Water Purator provides amazingly clean water. Their filters, lasting an estimated 6 months, and the UV bulb up to 3 years,  last longer than others. the UV bulb up to 3 years.

Setting up your Zuvo system is quite easy. When installing above the counter, it only took a couple minutes.  We simply plugged the unit into an electrical plug, GFC, and screwed the nozzle onto our faucet.  You will need to then run the unit for 5 minutes prior to any drinking water.  While still quite easy, the under counter system set-up has a little more to it.

The filtering process is interesting.  The water bubbles up and fills the unit, churning around the glowing UV bulb. After shuting off the tap, the Zuvo Purator unit shuts itself off, followed by the filtration tube taking on the look of brushed stainless.  Little Man was quite enthralled, as were the rest of us.
Investing in the Zuvo system will not only save the expense of bottled water, filters and the like, but will keep numerous water bottles & filters from having to be recycled or ending up in the trash. It is estimated that the average household that uses bottled water could save approximately $2000 in a 2 year span, when switching to a Zuvo purifier.

We love our Zuvo Water Filter and highly recommend it to our family, friends, co-workers, and now, to you!

We are on well water which gets a sulphur smell by the middle of the summer. If I won this filtration system I could stop buying bottled water until it gets cold outside again. It is being said that drinking from these plastic bottle containers is not healthy but I have no choice right now.
Thanks

Zuvo costs a fraction of bottled water. Sounds like it would be a lot easier to use than my Brita pitcher that I have to keep filling and filling and filling.

I learned that the Zuvo filter only needs to be changed a couple of times a year. That's a great savings over filters you have to change every couple of months.
