Due to the
fact that I m not as young as I once was, and body changes due to pregnancies,
I am unable to lose weight as I did in the past. With the holidays coming, I need more help! As far as exercise, the only
time I have to exercise is to chase my 15 month old (believe me, this is quite
a bit. LOL). I have tried my old ways of weight loss, that once worked, to no
avail. I am looking for ideas and what has worked for others. You might be able
to help me, or someone reading this blog.
