Holidays, Health & Diet



Due to the fact that I m not as young as I once was, and body changes due to pregnancies, I am unable to lose weight as I did in the past. With the holidays coming, I need more help!  As far as exercise, the only time I have to exercise is to chase my 15 month old (believe me, this is quite a bit. LOL). I have tried my old ways of weight loss, that once worked, to no avail. I am looking for ideas and what has worked for others. You might be able to help me, or someone reading this blog.

What has worked for you?
Special diet?
Easy, minimal time required, exercise?
