Oh my gosh! A meal can't get any easier than this!!! You can add ham if you like for the meat eaters.
Ingredients
2 cups dried lentils - rinsed
8 cups vegetable stock
(1) 1 lb bag of baby carrots
3 stalks of celery - chopped
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Directions
Simply throw it all in the crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours. Easy Peasy!
